Our process at Antarctic Air

The process of how an HVAC unit is installed and maintained at Antarctic Air is a complex one. We take great care to ensure that your system is working at peak performance for years to come.

1. Contact Us

If you need assistance with any of our services, don’t hesitate to contact us. When you reach out to us, you’ll be greeted by one of our knowledgeable staff members. They’ll discuss your air conditioning or mechanical services needs and discuss your problems, all while offering well-thought solutions.

We offer a wide range of commercial HVAC services in addition to residential HVAC services and support systems for both industrial and commercial clients.

2. Design and Quote

When it comes time to design a system, we work with you to determine what size of unit will best suit your needs. We also take into account your budget and other considerations such as the surrounding environment, airflow requirements and ductwork layout. Once we have all these details, our design team will prepare a customised blueprint for your project that will include basic information about each component needed for installation. Lastly, once all designs are finalised we can provide you with an accurate quote based on these plans - meaning no unpleasant surprises when it comes time for installation day!

3.Installation

  • Installation: Our licensed technicians will ensure a smooth and seamless install of your new system. They’ll take care of all the safety measures and ensure correct handling of your air conditioner. We’re committed to offering a fast and clean service, ensuring everything is tidy and practical.

  • Warranty: We provide a 5-year warranty on all parts, excluding refrigerant recharge (R12) which is covered by 1 year warranty only.

4.Inspection and Feedback

Once installation is complete, you’ll be given a final inspection by one of our senior technicians to make sure everything is running smoothly. You will receive a recommended maintenance plan and any warranties or certificates for your new system.

We don't just fix your HVAC unit, we ensure it doesn't break down.

When we're not installing or repairing your HVAC system, we are busy educating our customers about how to make sure their unit operates at its peak efficiency. We do this through the use of our blog and social media platforms, where we offer tips for keeping your unit running smoothly.

In addition to maintaining a presence on the internet, we also hold classes for those interested in learning more about the industry. These seminars cover topics such as heating systems and thermostats; participants walk away with a better understanding of how these machines work and why proper maintenance is essential to ensuring that they continue doing so properly.
